WELCOME TO THE ESP FAMILY!  Below is a list of current active registrations with our Rec-Council.  Please take a few moments to read the following guidelines and policies regarding our organzation before registering:

Coaching Requests:  We do not accept coaching requests.  If you require a special accommodation, please contact your Program Chair.

Dungeon Coupons:  If you have received Dungeon coupons for volunteering at the Haunted Dungeons and you would like to apply the credit to your online account, please email Tim (tcdodge@yahoo.com) prior to completing your registration.  We cannot go back and refund completed registrations. 

Maintain Your Online Account:  The email address you entered into your account will be used as the primary source of communication.  Please ensure your contact information remains updated.

Refund Policy:  We enforce a NO REFUND policy with the exception of extreme medical cases.

Registration Agreements:  Upon registering with the ESP Rec-Council, you are accepting ALL County Rec-Council CODE OF CONDUCT POLICIES for both parent and player.  Please contact the Rec-office for more details.

Registration Confirmation:  Upon completing registration (including payment), you will receive a receipt via email.  If you do not receive this email, do not consider yourself regisetered.  Double-check your process.

2021 ESP Spring Sports COVID-19 Waiver Agreement

ALL participants, coaches and team volunteers must sign the Baltimore County Rec & Parks COVID-19 Liability Waiver Form to participate in the ESP Recreation Council program.


2021 Spring - Outdoor Rec Soccer

Registration closes in 6 days

Blue Claws Spring Outdoor Rec Soccer (ages 2-18)
Age Cutoff: Child's Age as of 12/31/2020 (DOB)

Outdoor rec soccer for participants not already active in established spring sports or for those active in spring sports looking for supplemental activity - established spring programs should be a priority.

All participants will need their own soccer ball (#3 for Clinic, U6 & U8 - #4 for U10 & U12 - #5 for U14 & U18), shin guards covered with socks, outdoor soccer cleats, a face mask, & water bottle.

Per *ESP/Balto County Smart Play – Covid19 Safety Guidelines* Only 1 parent/guardian per participant allowed at each practice/game – no siblings, no exceptions. All players, spectators, coaches, volunteers are required to wear masks at all times while on site* including parking lots, bathrooms, to, from and on the fields and sidelines *Also recommended for participants during active play, but not required

- Clinic $45: Tiny Claws (Age 2, DOB 2018) and Small Claws (Age 3, DOB 2017). Weekly sessions beginning in April for ~6 weeks. Reg fee includes a Shirt & Medal.

U6-U19 will play in the Eastern Area Soccer League (EASL) so travel is expected - most games will be held at or around Eastern Regional Park in Middle River, MD. and could be as far as Kingsville. The league will offer ~6-8 games per team on Sundays (times TBD) beginning in April. Team practices begin In March. Reg Fees include a shirt, socks & end of season gift.

-U6 (Coed) $65: Ages 4-5 (DOBs 2015-2016)

-U8 (Coed) $65: Ages 6-7 (DOBs 2013-2014)

-U10 (Coed) $65: Ages 8-9 (DOBs 2011-2012)

-U12 (Coed) $65: Ages 10-11 (DOBs 2009-2010)

-U14 (Coed) $75: Ages 12-13 (DOBs 2007-2008, Exception can be made for DOB 2006/Age 14 If participant is currently in 8th Grade)

-U19/ High School (Coed) $75: Ages 14-18* (DOBs 2002*-2006, *If 18 (DOB 2002) must

2021 Baseball

AGE CUTOFF DATE: May 1st (The age of your child prior to May 1st)

Each participant will need their own baseball glove, bat, batting helmet, cleats, water bottle and facemask. (Please label all equipment). Uniforms will be supplied (included in registration costs).

• 9-10 (Age 9-10 as of April 30th, 2021) $90 - USA Bats Only!
• 11-12 (Age 11-12 as of April 30th, 2021) $90 - USA Bats Only!
• 13-15 (Age 13-15 as of April 30th, 2021) $90 - BBcor Bats Only!


SESC 2020-2021 Season

Annual Club participation for Southeast Soccer Club- Applies only to team members selected by the club after tryouts. Once participation is confirmed by the program chairperson(s) - your annual fee will be released from the wait-list and added to your SSU Cart for immediate payment.

***ATTENTION PARENTS*** Whatever your child's age is on August 31st, 2020 is the age group they qualify for. So if they were 10 years old by 9/1/20, then they can plan 9-10.

5-6: Scooper
7-8: Tyker
9-10: Lightning
11-12: Midget
13-14: Junior

***CARRYOVER PROCEDURES***
If you registered for Vipers last spring and opted to 'carryover' your registration for spring 2021, you do not need to register. Please make sure your uniform (jersey,shorts,socks,shooter shirt) and equipment still fit. Contact Coach Tim with any questions (tcdodge@yahoo.com).

***DISCOUNT PROCEDURES***
If you are providing 100% of your required equipment (ie helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, arm pads) and would like to receive a $30 discount, you MUST ENTER THE FOLLOWING CODE: LAXEQUIP21 during the registration process. DO NOT COMPLETE REGISTRATION if you are having trouble finding this option, or you do not see the $30 discount added to your order. 2021 Girls Outdoor Lacrosse

NEW THIS SEASON! Littlest Lady Vipers- age 3-4, grade Pre-K-K, clinic, with 1 possible scrimmage on Viper Day. Instructional teaching to new participants, 1 day, 1hr/wk. Pinnie included. Practices will start mid-April. Fee-$60

Little Lady Vipers- age 5-6, grade K-1, clinic, with scrimmages and one tournament (pending availability). Instructional teaching to young lady vipers, 1-2 days, 1-2hr/wk. Pinnie included. Practices start early April. Fee-$75

Tykers- age 7/8, grade 1-3. Fee $140 includes Jersey/shorts/socks. Practice 2 days/week. Practices start in March. Tykers will also participate in a spring pre-season and possible post season tournament.

Lightning- age 9/10, grades 4/5, fee $145 includes Jersey/shorts/socks, Practice 2-3 days/week. Practices start in March. Lightning will also participate in a spring pre-season and possible post season tournament.

Midgets- age 11/12, grade 6/7, fee $145 includes Jersey/shorts/socks, Practice 2-3 days/week. Practices start in March. Midgets will also participate in a spring pre-season and possible post season tournament.

Juniors- age 13, grade 8, fee $145 includes Jersey/shorts/socks, Practice 2-3 days/week. Practices start in March. Juniors will participate in a spring pre-season tournament.

EVALUATIONS ARE MANDATORY. Due to this tight timeline we will NOT be able to accept any late registrations. We will be holding evaluations in March. Times TBA
