WELCOME TO THE ESP FAMILY!  Below is a list of current active registrations with our Rec-Council.  Please take a few moments to read the following guidelines and policies regarding our organzation before registering:

Coaching Requests:  We do not accept coaching requests.  If you require a special accommodation, please contact your Program Chair.

Dungeon Coupons:  If you have received Dungeon coupons for volunteering at the Haunted Dungeons and you would like to apply the credit to your online account, please email Tim (tcdodge@yahoo.com) prior to completing your registration.  We cannot go back and refund completed registrations. 

Maintain Your Online Account:  The email address you entered into your account will be used as the primary source of communication.  Please ensure your contact information remains updated.

Refund Policy:  We enforce a NO REFUND policy with the exception of extreme medical cases.

Registration Agreements:  Upon registering with the ESP Rec-Council, you are accepting ALL County Rec-Council CODE OF CONDUCT POLICIES for both parent and player.  Please contact the Rec-office for more details.

Registration Confirmation:  Upon completing registration (including payment), you will receive a receipt via email.  If you do not receive this email, do not consider yourself regisetered.  Double-check your process.

2017 Summer Field-Hockey League

Summer Field Hockey

Join ESP Field Hockey for a pre-season summer tournament!!

COST- $45
Guaranteed at least 4 games plus playoffs depending on # of teams
Reversible pinnie

Round-robin tournament with trophy for winner

FORMAT:
7v7 half field on turf
2 age groups-Grades 3rd-4th (if we can get enough) and mixed 5th-8th
22 minute games, refereed by local high school and college players

August 19th 2017
Registration 8:00 am to 8:45 am games start at 9 am

2017 Field-Hockey (Fall)

All girls will need the following equipment:

Outdoor stick
Field Hockey Goggles- if you buy used ones please make sure they are certified for Field Hockey
Shin Guards (field hockey shin guards are recommended as they offer more protection then soccer)
Colored mouth guard- can’t be clear or white

3-4 Year Old Clinic will start week of 9/7 for 6 weeks from 6-645pm.

Grade K-2 Practice will start week of August 14th on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7:30 pm, games on Saturdays

Grade 3-4 Practice will start week of August 14th on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7:30 pm, games on Sundays

Grade 5-6 Practice will start week of August 14th on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8pm with games on Sundays

Grade 7-8 Practice will start week of August 14th on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8pm with games on Sundays

FEES:
3-4 Clinic is $35
K-2 $115 includes $5 processing fee and $20 in Raffle tickets
3-8 $140 includes $5 processing fee and $20 in Raffle tickets


2017-2018 Cheerleading

COMPETITION CHEER:
Registering for Comp Cheer includes Competition Cheerleading tournaments and the option of participating in Football Cheer as well. Additional fees apply to Competition Cheer for uniforms to be collected at a later date.

FOOTBALL CHEER:
Includes cheerleading for the Falcon Football program. Uniforms are included. No additional fees apply.

East County Skipjacks is a lacrosse team intending on bringing players from the Dundalk, Middle River, Essex, Edgemere, and Perry Hall area’s; united under one flag so that we may accomplish our goals of playing lacrosse, and serving the community.

2017 Dance - Tap,Ballet&Jazz

AGES: Boys & Girls (age 3- up must be 3 by August 1st & MUST BE POTTY TRAINED)
PARENTS: Parents attend mandatory Dance Meeting on Wednesday, September 13th before any dancer can begin class.

COSTS: $85 plus cost of costume
SEASON: September - May
PRACTICES START: September
RECITAL: April or May

PRACTICE LOCATIONS: Chesapeake Terrace ES, sometimes Edgemere ES

DESCRIPTION: Join us for Tap, Ballet & Jazz! Time of classes ranges from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Class placement of dancers
depends on experience and the number of years dancing and age.

Price includes weekly dance instruction, costumes for recital, end of the year party and trophy or shirts.


2017 Higher Ground Summer Exploratory Classrooms

ESP Rec-Council is bringing you this one-of-a-kind fun and exciting summer academic program! This is a great chance for students to explore creative and fun classes designed by teachers! JOIN US THIS JULY!!!!

Grades are based on the upcoming 2017/2018 School Year. Please read the following guidelines prior to registering with this program:

- This is an ESP Recreation Council sponsored program. ESP is responsible for all registrants, monies and facility usage.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for drop-off and prompt pick-up of participants.
- Only participants registered for a class may participate in the lunch hour between sessions.
- ESP Rec-Council enforces a no-refund policy unless the course is not offered. All registrations are final.

REC TEAM SELECTIONS: Each head coach will be able to select 3 player in which they would like to have on their roster. All remaining players will be split between the available teams to ensure our Rec teams are as even (talent-wise) as possible. ***Coaching requests are not accepted***

TEAM OFFERINGS:

Rec - will stay the same - U6 coed & U8 coed will be played in Region 4 (Southeast Area). U10 Girls, U10 Boys, U12 Girls, U12 Boys, U14 Girls, U14 Boys, High School Girls, High School Boys will play in EASL. High School teams - players cannot be out of high schools.

Costs: $140 registration fee.

A separate $150 check will be required for uniform deposit collected at uniform sizing date. This check will not be deposited unless equipment is not turned in at the end of the season.

NO PARTICIPANT MAY HAVE STARTED HIGH SCHOOL!

A player must have a maryland state id to play
A player must submit a current physical to us when they pick up their equipment. new league rule!

-THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AT ALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!

***BULLROAST IS SEPTEMBER 16th - Tickets will be distributed to team moms at a later date***

There will be fitting sessions for jerseys and equipment and dates will be designated.

REGISTRATION IS $140 by cc only and a $150 deposit check will be due when the player picks up their equipment. These checks will NOT be cashed unless the equipment is not returned at the end of the season.

If you need to order a practice jersey it will be $28 and can be ordered when you register. Please specify the name that you want on the practice jersey.
