WELCOME TO THE ESP FAMILY! Below is a list of current active registrations with our Rec-Council. Please take a few moments to read the following guidelines and policies regarding our organzation before registering:
Coaching Requests: We do not accept coaching requests. If you require a special accommodation, please contact your Program Chair.
Dungeon Coupons: If you have received Dungeon coupons for volunteering at the Haunted Dungeons and you would like to apply the credit to your online account, please email Tim (email@example.com) prior to completing your registration. We cannot go back and refund completed registrations.
Maintain Your Online Account: The email address you entered into your account will be used as the primary source of communication. Please ensure your contact information remains updated.
Refund Policy: We enforce a NO REFUND policy with the exception of extreme medical cases.
Registration Agreements: Upon registering with the ESP Rec-Council, you are accepting ALL County Rec-Council CODE OF CONDUCT POLICIES for both parent and player. Please contact the Rec-office for more details.
Registration Confirmation: Upon completing registration (including payment), you will receive a receipt via email. If you do not receive this email, do not consider yourself regisetered. Double-check your process.
Costs: $150 registration fee.
Payment Plan Available:
$60 deposit. $30 charged on 4/15, 5/15, 6/15 automatically.
***Each player will need a Maryland state issued ID AND sports physical at the time of equipment pickup***
A separate $140 check will be required for uniform deposit collected at uniform sizing date. This check will not be deposited unless equipment is not turned in at the end of the season.
Age Groups (cutoff date is August 1st): 6-14
NO PARTICIPANT MAY HAVE STARTED HIGH SCHOOL!
Age cutoff is August 1.
A player must have a copy of the birth certificate.
A player must submit a current physical to us when they pick up their equipment. new league rule!
-THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AT ALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!
REGISTRATION IS $150 by cc only and a $140 deposit check will be due when the player picks up their equipment. These checks will NOT be cashed unless the equipment is not returned at the end of the season.
