WELCOME TO THE ESP FAMILY! Below is a list of current active registrations with our Rec-Council. Please take a few moments to read the following guidelines and policies regarding our organzation before registering:
Coaching Requests: We do not accept coaching requests. If you require a special accommodation, please contact your Program Chair.
Dungeon Coupons: If you have received Dungeon coupons for volunteering at the Haunted Dungeons and you would like to apply the credit to your online account, please email Tim (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to completing your registration. We cannot go back and refund completed registrations.
Maintain Your Online Account: The email address you entered into your account will be used as the primary source of communication. Please ensure your contact information remains updated.
Refund Policy: We enforce a NO REFUND policy with the exception of extreme medical cases.
Registration Agreements: Upon registering with the ESP Rec-Council, you are accepting ALL County Rec-Council CODE OF CONDUCT POLICIES for both parent and player. Please contact the Rec-office for more details.
Registration Confirmation: Upon completing registration (including payment), you will receive a receipt via email. If you do not receive this email, do not consider yourself regisetered. Double-check your process.
*Note* Due to the current Public Health Emergency (PHE) in response to the COVID19 pandemic and to reduce costs associated with potential PHE related refunds all registrants will be waitlisted until closer to season start. Please see the ESP Rec Council’s refund policy and current COVID19 PHE Addendum for more details.
EACH SMALL & TINY CLAW PLAYER RECEIVES: A Jersey/T-shirt and an end-of-season gift. EACH BLUE CLAWS PLAYER RECEIVES: Full Uniform Kit (Jersey, Shorts, Socks) and an end-of-Season gift.
Per league guidelines teams must be as evenly matched as possible **Coaching requests are not accepted**
TEAM OFFERINGS (subject to change): All teams should be considered rec soccer level. Age Cutoff 12/31/2020. Only registration fees are listed below, additional Admin and Credit Card Fees will be added at Checkout
- Tiny Claws (Age 2- Birth Year 2018) – In house, no games $45
- Small Claws (age 3 - Birth Year 2017) – In house, no games $45
- U6 (age 4 or 5 - Birth Years 2015-2016) will play games in-house at CTE/EES, no refs, no score keeping if 5+ teams otherwise, will enter EASL and play games at or near Chase Elementary School. $60
@ Eastern Area Soccer League - most games played at Eastern Regional Park or surrounding area.
- U8 Coed (Ages 6 or 7 - Birth Years 2013 & 2014) $65
- U10 Girls and U10 Boys teams (Ages 8 or 9 - Birth Years 2011 & 2012) $70
- U12 Girls and U12 Boys teams (Ages 10 or 11 - Birth Years 2009 & 2010) $70
- U14 Boys team and U14 Girls Teams (Ages 12 or 13 - Birth Years 2007 & 2008), if age 14 (birth year 2006) but going into 8th grade instead of 9th grade an exception may be considered, subject to league approval) ** $80
- U19 Boys and U19 Girls Teams- (Must be in HS for 2019-20 school year, Ages 14-18 - Birth Years 2002-2005) ** $80

This is to ensure we’re waiting for the last minute possible to finalize our plans and accept registration fees- reducing the costs as much as possible for our program and participants - in the event that the season is interrupted by changes in the PHE. All participants will need the following equipment: Outdoor stick, Field Hockey Goggles (if you buy used ones please make sure they are certified for Field Hockey), Field Hockey Shin Guards (not soccer shin guards), Colored mouth guard (no clear or white).
*PRACTICE DAYS and TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE THESE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES*
• 3 and 4-year-old clinic sessions will start around mid-September, 1x per week (weekday evenings) for ~6 weeks
• Grade K-2 Practice will start around early August on M/W from 6-7:30 pm with games on Saturdays
• Grade 3-4 Practice will start around early August on M/W from 6-7:30 pm with games on Sundays
• Grade 5-6 Practice will start around early August on Tu/Th from 6-8pm with games on Sundays
• Grade 7-8 Practice will start around early August on Tu/Th/F from 6-8pm with games on Sundays

• K-2 $95 - includes Jersey*
• Grades 3-8 $120 - includes Jersey*
*Uniform Skirts will be provided to Grades K-8 participants and must be returned at the end of the season

ALL participants, coaches and team volunteers must sign the Baltimore County Rec & Parks COVID-19 Liability Waiver Form to participate in the ESP Recreation Council program.
Annual Club participation for Southeast Soccer Club- Applies only to team members selected by the club after tryouts. Once participation is confirmed by the program chairperson(s) - your annual fee will be released from the wait-list and added to your SSU Cart for immediate payment.
The Egdemere Falcons are pleased to announce that we will be offering free football conditioning this summer. **Must be registered to Participate**
Open to ages 4-14, (no one going into 9th grade). The program will run 2-3 days a week, based on field availability, times TBD (most likely evenings 6-7/8pm)
Need your kid to get out of the house and participate in some physical activity? Come join us!
Not sure if you want to register your child for football? Come to conditioning!!

$75 Initial Payment and $75 charged on 8/15 automatically.

A separate $140 check will be required for uniform deposit collected at equipment distribution date. This check will not be deposited unless equipment is not turned in at the end of the season.

NO PARTICIPANT MAY HAVE STARTED HIGH SCHOOL!

A player must have a copy of their birth certificate.
A player must submit a current physical to us when they pick up their equipment (date TBD).
-THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AT ALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!
REGISTRATION IS $150 by cc only and a $140 deposit check will be due when the player picks up their equipment. These checks will NOT be cashed unless the equipment is not returned at the end of the season.

League: UCYFL MEMBERS
Flag (non-contact) football Registration $65, Includes uniform and mouthpiece.
Practice will start week of 9/1, and will be 2 days a week.
Game days TBD. This season will be an in-house program due to COVID and several programs not having teams this year.
Players need to provide cleats and athletic support (cup). Registration cut-off date is 8/15.
Also consider registering for our FREE conditioning program, starting the week of 7/20.
