The Edgemere-Sparrows Point Rec-Council has been offering our local youth the opportunities
to compete in various athletics in a safe and educational manner since 1951.     Offering more than just athletic programs, the
ESP recreation council hosts many other events such as the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, summer camps and the infamous
Haunted Dungeons at Fort Howard Park every October.

Located quaintly on the North Point Peninsula in Southeast Baltimore County, our small town provides an escape from, yet is
located conveniently by major metropolitan areas such as Baltimore, Washington DC & Annapolis.  Stop by and experience
the "Best kept secret in Maryland" as Edgemere offers one state parks (North Point) and one county park (Fort Howard),

EDGEMERE-SPARROWS POINT RECREATION COUNCIL BOUNDARIES

This council's boundaries:  Bear Creek Bridge following Schoolhouse Cove northwestward extending the coast line to
North Point Boulevard and onward to Back River.  The Council boundaries will include all properties south of the above
mentioned line.
