PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
New to lacrosse? What a great way to learn or continue improving your lax skills by participating in our WINTER
LAX SESSIONS. These sessions are great for new players first learning the game of lacrosse, or advanced
players keeping their skills sharp, preparing both for the upcoming outdoor spring season.
Our indoor lacrosse sessions are one-hour sessions (by age group) for boys and girls that focuses on the
fundamentals of lacrosse. The boys lacrosse sessions ARE contact sessions, but are a great introduction to
those players (new and advanced) ready for the outdoor season. The girls sessions are light contact, and are
great preparation for the outdoor season as well.
We end the successful winter season with a pizza party for each team and a Viper Lacrosse T-shirt for all
participants.
There is also an hour allocated for the pick-up adult league game session.
