PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Viper clinic is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of lacrosse to your 3, 4 or 5 year old in a fun and
safe environment. We teach scooping, cradling, throwing, shooting and many other skills in a relaxed,
non-contact setting. Though not required to participate, parents are strongly encouraged to share in their
child's learning and enjoyment of the game of lacrosse.
Practices are only once a week, 6-7pm @ Chesapeake Terrace Elementary School. Come on out, get your
T-shirt and stick and watch as our next generation of Viper lacrosse players take the field for FUN!!!!
