In effort to better recognize the hard work and dedication of our program chairpeople, coaches, parents & players, the ESP Rec-Council is accepting YOUR votes to help determine the BEST PROGRAM of 2009! Additional factors will be evaluated in addition to the public vote such as budget discipline, growth, effective communication, and overall program efficiency.
